Soul + Grain

Launched at London Victoria station in 2022, Soul + Grain offers a broad range of products, including a great selection of indulgent classics and a variety of vegan, vegetarian and nutritionally balanced options all displayed with nutritional information, highlighting fat, protein, and fibre content. We’ve also partnered with Extract Coffee Roasters, offering customers an ethically sourced and superb tasting artisan coffee made by our highly trained baristas at Soul + Grain. The Victoria store is a first, but we plan to open more Soul + Grain outlets at other UK stations and airports.

Whiskey Bread

Opened in Dublin airport’s Terminal 2 in 2022, Whiskey Bread is an all-day Irish bar & kitchen which showcases the outstanding products of two local producers, Teeling Whiskey and McCloskey’s Bakery. With superb views across the airfield, Whiskey Bread celebrates the story of Ireland and America and the culinary links between the two.

The bar features more than 60 Irish and international whiskeys, including the fantastic range of Teeling Whiskey. An online quiz helps customers navigate the whiskey selection and gives them a unique opportunity to create their own whiskey flight. These flights also come with individual tasting notes for customers to take away with them as a souvenir of their visit. To accompany many dishes on the food menu, Whiskey Bread Bar also serves its own tailor-made whiskey-steeped soda bread, created in partnership with McCloskey’s Bakery.

LEON first opened in London in 2004 and shortly after was named ‘Best New UK Restaurant’ by the Observer newspaper. Our partnership with the brand started in 2016 when we opened our first Leon stores in London’s Liverpool Street and Paddington stations. An ideal partner for travel locations, LEON offers fast but natural and healthy food on the go. Inspired by the healthiness of the Mediterranean diet, we offer delicious food in some of the busiest UK stations and airports.

M&S is the leading UK retailer, providing customers with tasty snacks, food-to-go and products from their award-winning food and beverage range. SSP partnered with Marks & Spencer in 2001. We now operate more than 60 M&S stores at railway stations, airports and hospitals across the UK and Ireland, including locations at London Bridge and Bristol Airport.
